Between Ibiza Town and St. Eulalia is this house located on a hill with beautiful view to the bay of St. Eulalia in an absolutely quite area without noise from airplanes or car traffic.

It's in reach by car within 20 minutes from the airport, the distance to Ibiza town is 6 minutes and 4 minutes to St. Eulalia.  From the main road, an asphalted way is leading directly to the electric powered entrance door.

This house has around ca. 300 mē living space inside, outside are sunny and covered terraces, as well as a big garden with pool (12 x 5 meters)

 

The outdoor dining area, covered with a pergola has a big teak table and chairs; from there you have the full view over the garden, pool and the sea.

 The colourful garden, landscaped with grass, palm trees, natural stone walls, citrus trees and lots of flowers has roundabout 3000 mē and is served with an automatic water system. There is furthermore a beautiful illumination for the amazing warm evenings. The size of the complete property is 15.000 mē.

 At the basement, you will enter the house through a spacey entrance hall with the big living room behind. From the living room are several doors leading to either the sunny pool terrace or to the covered terrace with big bamboo garden furnitures.

 On the main floor, beside the living room is the dining room with a door to the outdoor dining area. Adjacent to this is the big kitchen and a separate laundry room. In addition to that is a guest lavatory on the main floor and one of the four bedrooms with bathroom en-suite.

The living room has a super size satellite TV, a big fireplace as well as fines furniture’s and lamps, from all places you can enjoy the amazing view over the garden to the sea.

The big kitchen is dominated by the central cooking element, Gaggenau ceran fields, a Tepan grill (Japanese grill) and an oversized oven are build in there. A big General Electric refrigerator with ice cube machine, a very silent but efficient fan and all necessary electric devices as well as dish washer are existent. Close to the kitchen in a separate room are the washing machine and a tumbler.

The first floor has three more bedrooms and two bath rooms, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, leading to a big terrace and have beautiful sea view. The house is big enough for 8 persons; all four bedrooms have either double or two single beds. Build in lockers for the wardrobe of all guests are enough existent.

The entire house was finished in 2001; all technical fittings and sanitations are new. The bathrooms have big, flat level showers with glass doors, marble build in washbasins, toilets and bidet.

In the entire house, child security was a main issue, therefore each plug socket is secured, at the stairs to the upper floor are stairway doors, there are high chairs for kids as well as two babybeds, the garden is completely fenced, as well as the pool.

Beside the fenced garden, the house itself is equipped with a central alarm system, conected to local securities . At night, entrance, garden and pool can be illuminated beautifully.

 Included in the rental fee is the housecleaning for 2 x 3 hours a week, as well as changing the beddings and towels once  a week. There are enough towels for all guest of the house.
