A beautiful villa in Can Tumas (next to San Rafel) which is perfectly positioned for all the beaches (nearest one 10 minutes drive) and towns of Ibiza. The villa stands in the middle of a stunning garden of over 2000m2. There is a large lawned area with automatic irrigation, ideal for children of all ages and adults alike. The remainder of the plot boasts its own orchard consisting of mandarin, cherry, pear and plum trees. .

The property is very secure and its situated in a serene and quiet area. It is alarmed inside and outside and looks beautiful at night when the whole garden can be lit up by strategically placed lighting.
