Terms And Conditions (updated 14/02/08)
Definitions
"COMPANY" means Exclusive World International Limited party to
this contract, their subcontractors and agents.
"CUSTOMER" means the other party to this contract and where
"Customer" is more than one person, liability is joint and
several.
"PERIOD OF HIRE" means the period for which the accommodation is
contracted to be available for use by the customer.
"CONTRACTS" are the binding agreements of hire between the Company
and the Customer.
"PROPERTIES" are the villas, houses, apartments, accommodation or
associated property of either the owner or Exclusive World
International.
Conditions
1.Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, notwithstanding
any other conditions or terms produced or submitted by the
Customer, the terms and conditions printed herein shall apply to
every contract made by the company. The customer by making a
deposit payment is deemed to have confirmed the contract and to
have accepted these terms and conditions.
2.A security deposit, usually 50% of one week’s rental unless
otherwise formally agreed in writing by the company, will be taken
at least 14 days before travel and in all cases must be cleared in
the company account before departure. Following departure of the
Customer from the property the Company representative or cleaners
will check the property itinerary for any damage or breakages and
then notify the office in the UK. Security deposits will be
returned subject to there being no problems or damage to the
property, or any other breach of these terms and conditions, all
customers are asked to send bank details to us upon return so we
can send deposits back to them, if this is not done within 3
months you will lose your deposit. The deposit is typically
returned within 14 days of the customers return. The customer is
liable for all damage to the property by action or admission by
themselves or their guests.
3.Hire charges do not include any making good or repair of damage
to property, this in the first instance will be taken form the
security deposit and any additional repair will be invoiced
additionally as appropriate.
4.Should the number of individual guests at a property exceed the
maximum, as specified by Exclusive World International Head
Office, a further charge may be deducted from the security deposit
in respect of the additional guests.
5.THE CUSTOMERS MAY INVITE NO MORE THAN 30 PERSONS BACK TO THE
PROPERTY. ANY PARTY AT THE PROPERTY OF MORE THAN 30 GUESTS NEEDS
PERMISSION OF THE COMPANY AND OWNER, OTHERWISE THE RENTAL WILL BE
TERMINATED INSTANTLY, WITH LOSS OF DEPOSIT AND ANY OTHER MONIES
PAID AND YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OFF BY SECURITY OR POLICE! SOME
PROPERTIES HAVE SPECIAL CONDITIONS;PLEASE ASK THE COMPANY,THEN WE
WILL INFORM YOU OF THE CONDITIONS OF EACH PROPERTY BEFORE YOU RENT
THEM IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A BIG PARTY.
6.Keys to properties are the responsibility of the Customer once
they have been handed to them by the Company representative. It is
the responsibility of the Customer to leave the keys at the end of
their stay either with the Company representative or in a
pre-determined place at the property and agreed by both parties.
Failure to return the keys at the end of the hire period will
result in the Company charging the Customer a fee of £50 per lost
key to be deducted from the security deposit as appropriate.
7.Checkout time for the properties is always 10:00 am unless
otherwise specified in writing by the Company office. Failure to
checkout at 12:00 will incur a further charge of 1 additional
day’s hire of that particular property and will be deducted from
the security deposit unless permission is give in writing by EWI.
8.The customer is responsible for the safe custody of the property
hired to them for the rental period any problems with police and
noise will result in loss of deposit and you will be asked to
leave the property at the request of EWI or OWNER.
9.Liability to Third Parties.
The Company will not be responsible for and the customer will
indemnify the Company against all claims for injury to persons
howsoever caused unless it is proved that such injury or damage be
caused by faulty material or workmanship of properties, or
negligence by the Company.
10.The Customer shall accept full responsibility for any accidents
caused by or arising out of negligence, mis-use of property or
failure to comply with the Health and Safety or other applicable
statutes and regulations.
11.The company will not be held responsible for any electric and
water problems on all properties all compensation is the
responsibility for the owner,EWI will help you claim if
the occasion arises. Please be aware that in Ibiza there are a lot
of power cuts and water problems this is out of anyone’s control
and no one can be held responsible and no
compensation
will be paid.
12.The company will not be held responsible for any problems with
villas booked lastminute that we have not used before.We have
worked with some villa owners for 10 years and never had any
problems because we know their standards are very good.Some owners
do not keep there villas as good as others and response to
problems is slow the company will not be held responsible or pay
compensation.
13.The customer won’t hold the Company responsible for loss or
damage to their own belongings.
14.The customer warrants they shall provide their own insurance.
15.The Company accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies or
misunderstandings arising through bookings, instructions or
information given them by telephone, or verbally to their staff
OTHER THAN THROUGH THEIR OFFICE AND CONFIMATION IN WRITING.
16.You may cancel your property rental contract at any time
providing the first named person on the booking contract notifies
in writing, contract conditions apply always minus P-fee £500.00
for any cancellation and the loss of any deposit that has been
given to owner. The full return of any money or deposit will be
given if the company make the same booking as the one cancelled by
the first person all other refunds are as per rental contract.
17.Should the owners of the properties withdraw the accommodation
once a booking has been reserved, the Company will make every
effort to re-locate the Customer to an equivalent property of the
same standard if possible. If relocation cannot be achieved via an
equivalent rental then a refund will be issued to the Customer
without further liability to the Company.
18.Electric is normally free but in some case their is a charge
for over use the meter will be checked, this is to stop clients
leaving all electric appliances on all the time.
19.Water is free unless other wise stated

21.Cleaning service will come to the house once at the end of each
week for a period of 4-6 hours on change over days,or if booked
cleaning is extra on some houses you will be informed and luxury
house some have cleaning 5 times a week we will let you know.
22.Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated, or you have to
ask,it’s up to the owners of the houses.
23.Confirmation of booking is done once you receive your invoice
and terms and conditions.
24.All houses and apartments
MUST be given back in the state that you got them in if you leave
rubbish bags and the house or apartment is left in a mess you will
be charged extra cleaning charge of £150 or more, also on some
luxury houses there is an end clean charge of upto 500 euros on
larger villas.
Towels and bedding do not apply unless unuseable.
25.If there is damage or problems at the property or we are
waiting for phone bill the deposit can take up to 2 months to be
returned sometimes,up to 2 months is the time we have to wait for
the phone bill,damage we have to wait for the report from cleaners
and owner this can take sometime depends on damage and owners time
to get fixed.
26.The company will also help you find the best of the Island from
it’s 24 year knowledge.

so we have many contacts for our clients use.
.All contracts entered into are contingent upon freedom from all
liability for non-fulfilment or delay due to War, Strikes, Lock-out,
Civil Commotion, Riots, Force Majeure, Fire, Breakages, Government
control or priority Regulations,
Labour
difficulties, acts of terrorism and any other causes that the
Company deems to be out of their control.
