This villa is set well down from the road and is literally a few steps from the water.

The accommodation comprises four bedrooms - two ensuite doubles with stunning sea views and two twins with ensuite shower rooms.

The fully fitted kitchen, with adjoining utility room, houses all the appliances and equipment necessary for a stress-free break.

The split-level lounge dining room is comfortably furnished and has direct access to the upper of two terraces, again looking right out over the ocean.

External dining furniture and sun loungers mean that guests can relax, sunbathe and dine mere metres from the water.

Steps from the lower terrace take you down to the rocks for those who fancy a dip in the sea, but for those who prefer the pool its situation right at the edge of the terrace means you can see the ocean while you bathe.

There is ample room to park several cars and the whole property is completely private and enclosed, with security gates.

A caretaker lives next to the villa and is available to give assistance if needed.
