Chateauneuf de Grasse is one of the most picturesque villages around this area. Superlatives cannot exaggerate the beauty of the views from this location. Additionally one should take note of its excellent position versus the other Cote d'Azur "top spots". It is only a six-minute drive to Grasse (world-wide centre of the perfume industry) and many of the other main attractions of the Cotes d'Azur are within easy reach.

This beautiful exclusive villa is situated on top of a hill and enjoys a wonderful view. The grounds are large (2500 m²), and the house was built to the owner's specifications, therefore the quality is excellent. The location is very practical, as it is within walking distance of the bus stop if you don't wish to take your car to Grasse or Nice. The local shops are also only a short walk away.


From the comfortably furnished large sitting room, which has a fireplace and piano, there is access to the garden and pergola. At a slightly higher level overlooking the sitting room, there is a separate dining area with a very large table suite and another feature open fireplace. An interior garden gives more light and freshness to the whole "open plan" living area.

The Provencal style kitchen is totally equipped with double oven, hobs, dishwasher, double sink, fridge, cupboards etc. A freezer, washing machine and an ironing table are located in the adjacent utility room. There is a breakfast area within the kitchen, in addition to an outside eating area by the Barbecue.

The sleeping accommodation consists of four bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a double, with en-suite bathroom, separate shower and WC as well as a single bedroom with wash basin and WC. On the first floor is another double with adjacent bathroom and WC and a twin bedroom.

The garden is mature with trees, bushes and many flowers, which are kept in optimum condition, thanks to the automatic watering system that has been installed.

 

The superb roman shaped swimming pool (12.5 m x 5.5 m) is finished in high quality blue mosaics and the covered terrace has a built-in Barbecue. Both garden and poolside furniture is provided. The terrace offers a pleasant and relaxing place to eat dinner, enjoy breakfast whilst watching the view, or the family in the pool.

All in all, this is an exceptional villa and is thoroughly recommended.
