This three-bedroom attached villa is situated in a small residential coastal village, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Twenty minutes from Cannes and just three minutes from the exclusive port of Miramar with its boats, sandy beaches, and restaurants it is an ideal location for a holiday on the Cotes d'Azur. All the village villa gardens are landscaped and beautifully maintained.

Villa Miramosa has two levels. On the ground floor is the living area, which is pretty and light, with cream lacquered units and dining suite, two blue sofas and French TV. From here, French windows access the sunny balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, fridge and a dishwasher and there is a separate WC with basin on this floor.

Descending to the lower level there are three bedrooms, consisting of one double, one twin and one bunk bedroom. These three bedrooms have access to another balcony, which also has perfect sea views. The bathroom includes a hand-held shower and the WC is separate.

There is also a small utility room with a washing machine.

The garden area has a large oval swimming pool for the exclusive use of the village guests and there is private parking with an electric security gate. The Miramar Beach Hotel is close by, which gives you the opportunity to use the hotel facilities: private beach, tennis etc. for a small charge.
