This is a very pleasant villa set in a parkland with its mature trees and super views over the lakeside.

Situated on a small residential development just at the side of the river Siagne.

The development has an extra large swimming pool and first class tennis courts exclusively for the use of its guests.

Access is by electric gates and small private road through the well-kept gardens. There is ample car parking .

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen; separate WC, a large lounge /dinnng room newly furnished.

All rooms have traditional terracotta floor tiles. Two French windows lead onto the garden and sun terrace.

A new BBQ and external dining table . Here we have a very enjoyable view over the lake. The whole area is completly private.

On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms, two doubles and a twin. These share a modern shower room and another separate bathroom.
