 This is a newly-constructed Villa, in
pillared Greco-Roman style, situated high on the hill behind Mandelieu, with panoramic views of La Napoule
and Cannes Marina. The town of Mandelieu is within easy
reach and has a variety of shops and restaurants, as well as being on bus
routes to all the
principal resorts in the area.
All in all, this
Villa represents excellent value for money for a family holiday, close to the
sea and within reach of all the additional attractions of this most popular
area.

 Entry to the Villa is on the first floor, where there
are two bedrooms - one double and one twin - each with their own balcony,
affording magnificent views of Cannes and the sea. These
bedrooms share a bathroom and separate WC.
On the lower level is a third bedroom with its own en-suite
shower room and a comfortable convertible bed. A good-sized living area is
combined with a dining section and the kitchen is fully equipped and very
modern.

 French TV and a
compact disc player are installed in the property which is approached via
electronic security gates. As this property is at the end of a drive, there
is no passing traffic and complete privacy.

 From the living area,
patio doors lead out onto the patio surrounding a 10m by 4m swimming pool and
there are well tended garden for additional sunbathing and relaxation.
There is ample
private parking.
