The delightful Villa Marina is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac leading to the river Siagne, a venue popular with rowing and boating enthusiasts. This is a prestigious residential area within walking distance for the shops and beach.

The entrance hall leads to a small but fully fitted kitchen from where a patio door leads to a private and sunny outside dining area. The large lounge/dining room is exceptionally well furnished and there is the added benefit of cable television and a CD player. Two further patio doors open onto the BBQ area and lawned garden, at the end of which is a small private gate giving access to the riverbank. A separate WC is located in this part of the Villa.

The spacious master bedroom has two balconies and en-suite bathroom. A second double bedroom with private balcony has an en-suite bathroom and separate WC. Beoom three, which has two single beds and its own balcony also has en-suite facilities.

The residents of the domain have exclusive use of the first class swimming pool and tennis facilities.
