Antibes is situated midway between Nice and Cannes. With its impressive harbour, home to many super yachts the old town also has much to offer with its shops, restaurants and places of interest, such as the old fort and the Picasso museum.

Accommodation comprises the lower floor of a substantial villa that is situated 3 minutes from the local supermarket yet completely secluded within a residential domain.

The upper part of the villa is also available for rental as one unit or may be rented separately.

The whole interior of this villa is traditional in style with a solid polished wooden dining suite and accessories . The kitchen is in the same style and has all modern appliances.

This villa caters for everybody, with compact disc player, cinema size television , video etc.

There is plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge area, which has a sliding French window leading out to the covered terrace.

There are three bedrooms, all with double beds. One is en-suite and the others share a bathroom.

Separate WCs on two levels.

There are garden swings and a children's play area. The property is securely fenced for peace of mind.

A superb 12m swimming pool is avaialble with a diving board and a Roman end for easy entry and safety for children.

These facilities will have to be shared with the renters upstairs if occupied.
