This luxury villa was constructed eight years ago on a south-facing hillside that overlooks the Bay of Golf Juan. Totally tranquil, it is just a short drive to Cannes or the town of Vallauris.

The stylish entrance hallway leads to a fully fitted kitchen, which has every labour-saving appliance and marble work surfaces that complete the modern design. The open-plan living area is approximately 80 m² and has opening windows that lead onto the terrace and garden. This area is well furnished in keeping with the rest of the villa. Marble flooring throughout helps to keep the villa's interior cool.

The sleeping accommodation consists of five bedrooms. On the ground floor the main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with toilet facilities and patio windows giving immediate access to the garden. The first floor has a further three double bedrooms, all en-suite and all with access to the balcony. The basement floor contains the fifth double bedroom, also en-suite. This bedroom has opening windows that lead onto the garden and pool area. The utility room and a separate WC are also on this floor.

The delightful swimming pool is surrounded by well-maintained gardens with many palms and Mediterranean plants, while there is secure parking for three cars with entry by an electric gate system.
